The Idea311Y3 is powered by the Amlogic A311Y3 SoC, a 6nm processor featuring 2x Cortex A78 and 6× Cortex A55 cores. The integrated 8 TOPS NPU supports TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, and multiple data precisions. The Mali G625 GPU and 4K video engine provide 4K@120fps decoding, 4K@60fps encoding, and hardware accelerated graphics with OpenGL ES 3.2 and Vulkan 1.4.
The board integrates dual Gigabit Ethernet, dual MIPI CSI camera inputs for multi sensor vision, and 2x MIPI DSI/LVDS plus HDMI OUT for multi display configurations supporting independent 4K screens. An HDMI input enables external video capture for real time analytics or picture in picture overlays.
Additional interfaces include RS485 and CAN bus for direct connection to PLCs, sensors, and automotive systems; an M.2 NVMe slot and mPCIe socket for storage and cellular expansion; and integrated 802.11ac WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.4 for wireless communication.
The Idea311Y3 is well suited for AI powered interactive display systems, such as smart conference terminals with local transcription and gesture control, digital signage with real time audience analytics, and industrial HMIs that combine local display with vision based quality inspection or safety monitoring. Its HDMI input and dual camera support also make it a strong candidate for video conferencing appliances and AI enabled video capture devices that require on device processing of multiple video streams.
